Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To return an item, please send it directly to the return address below using the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items returned to any address other than the return address listed above will not be accepted.
