Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation.

To be accepted for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To return an item, please send it directly to the return address listed below using the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return labels are not provided.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items returned to an address other than the one indicated above will not be accepted.
